Lost At Sea 04:18
There’s a hole within this boat The more I try, bigger it grows The water keeps on seeping The waves are unrelenting But I still try to keep afloat No matter how many times I got stuck here There seems to be an incredible skill to keep living If only I believed it Learn to navigate Then maybe I could begin To gravitate to… The shore, seems so distant Am I sure or just plain ignorant? Lost at Sea, I’m freaking out Tread before you drown All your dreams are filled with doubt And now you’re burning out I tried to stop, but I keep moving Around and round, no one to help me Constantly bruised and beaten A guide to the neverending But I still vie, to keep the hope This time I’m not gonna get drawn into a solution Replace the parts that keep me from moving This is an age old problem And I keep getting older The doubt undoubtedly has never been so clear
2.
Converging 02:03
We’re all fucked That’s just the gist of it Can we be saved? Not even a little bit Become enamoured Astute to the drama It’s time to sit back And welcome in the end It’s all just breaking down Converging on the end It’s all just breaking down And converging... It’s all converging (It’s all broken) It’s all converging (It’s converging)
3.
All The Rage 02:58
We pacify everyday life I bite my tongue To keep the words from spilling out Eject! Eject! Don’t let them in Coz all they bring is the negative Everyone’s left to compromise But you don’t have to follow them into the line And all the rage Deep inside Will find a way to burst Right through your insides And once again you’re consumed by fire I’m just so tired of all these fucking metaphors Again and again Where to begin? It’s a sad, long day but I’m winging it Look around at all the hate We’ve had enough, we’ve had enough With all these fears We forget to breathe We push it down But still we bleed With all this hate We consolidate Blocking our dreams We are left to drown We have to break out We have to strive Or all the rage will die
4.
So Long 04:09
In the eyes of all around The stare brings the truth home They say the more we change The more we stay the same In front of the unknown Take hold of what’s in store I could stay and remain the same But would I last another day? I lived in fear of my shadow Time to deal with the unknown The feeling I kept Rendered me helpless It’s time to make a stand So long to the victim The love I could share Stopped by this poison It’s time to make a stand So long to the victim Different phase has come around A whole new world where nothings whole Where I tried to plug the holes Nothing left to hold my own As I fell upon the ground The truth, well, it hits home What people say, is what they say But will their actions imitate?
5.
Distractions 04:47
Now you see How is it right? Simplicity Fight your way to the end of it Try to align Opportunity It’s not like I ever showed Nobody ever knows Help me Understand the reasons for I can’t stand For anymore distractions Wow, it’s like you never Wanted the light Opportunity Further I go, It’s noticed Hindsights a bitch But necessity
6.
Skinlessness 03:22
My must every time I let you in Just for you to go and ruin it This is the last time I’ll ever let Someone quite like you to fuck with me Reel it in Closed again Skinlessness Is wreaking havoc So reel it in Skinlessness Is wreaking havoc So reel it in Seems like every time I say the same Promises to myself, vows to keep Then I find someone that could be Someone I could trust But it’s fucked again
7.
Gravity 04:09
Oh gravity Welcome home once again Holding my feet Set in place, no escape Oh Gravity Pulls you down But I know that I’m not the first to fall From a height There’s nowhere to retreat They suck you in, spit you out Nobody can ever be free Wallowing in the mess I’ve won Questioning everything I’ve done I know where I wanted to be
8.
Little Spark 03:20
I try to fight it Keep it up for so long But you can’t deny it On the tip of your tongue I’ve got so much to live I’ve got no fucks to give I’ve got so much to live (Oh whoa… ignite) Ignite that little spark Something’s got to give Somethings got to ignite (Somethings go to win) The air is pretty thin (…hot air) Hot air with no feeling Both sides are compelling But no one can get the win Tired of everything Tired with no relief Tired of yelling through it all Ignite that little spark Light within the dark
9.
Dental Plan 03:35
Are you listening? Are you with me? Are you livid? Are you living? Sort your opinions categorically You fought and floundered There goes your dream Like I’m eating glass Like I’m burning out The win it feels so out of reach Your gums they start to bleed From all these unwanted opinions You clench and swallow belief What’s the reason for this feeling? Can you help it? Are you dreaming? Honesty can soothe those fears Anxiety has unravelled you
10.
Retreat 04:27
Started again Stuck to the plan, but left no room Weight of the world Fall upon your sword Stunted again Left to explain Why you didn’t take the city as you planned All alive When I held you in my sights All alive When I kept you, kept my dreams alive Started again Pull out the pin, advance, no control Forced to retreat Battle work and scarred Try regulate You question and you probe Will you hold the fight and keep all your dreams in sight? Run the streets with bloody feet Consume the bitterness of defeat Keep your dreams within your ranks Retreat, keep you alive
11.
Hammerhead 04:11
It came without warning The claims aren’t helping Somehow we keep digging I know, I know, we’ll never learn Too hard to fathom. Immature We need a direction to point the blame Is this what we’re waiting for? Grace with a wrecking ball How can we take you serious? We all want to stay the course Without ever missing How can we take you serious? Absurd and unnerving No words can explain Surrealism has taken control How long, how long can we take Stupidity? Are you aware? We’ll never be the same again

about

The Only Way Out Is Together is a celebration of 10 years as a band, the nucleus of those formative years, mixed with the lessons learned from touring and working with some of their idols.

TOWOIT shows a maturity in their delivery while remaining true to their roots. From the album’s searing opener ‘Lost At Sea’, to the power that is “All The Rage’, the intimate journey of “So Long” and ending with the statement that is, “Hammerhead”, the album explores what we have grown to enjoy, but also dabbles into new territories.
